Russian Pryaniki

A traditional Russian honey-spiced cookie, Pryaniki are wonderfully fragrant and tender, made with golden honey and a warming blend of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and cardamom. Their name comes from the Russian word pryanost, meaning “spice,” reflecting the aromatic character that makes these cookies so distinctive.

Each handmade pryanik is gently baked until soft and tender, then finished with a delicate white glaze and just a few shimmering silver sugar crystals. The result is a beautifully simple Russian treat with a soft, warmly spiced center and a lightly sweet glazed finish.
