1. About Us Ragna's Table is a home-based business providing delicious, exotic, home-cooked meals for pickup every Thursday in Scripps Ranch, San Diego, California. Our website address is: https://www.ragnastable.com.

2. Ordering

  • Order Deadlines: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on Wednesday to ensure availability for Thursday pickup.
  • Pickup Time and Location: Orders can be picked up at 11542 Mesa Madera Court, San Diego, CA, 92131, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Thursdays.
  • Payment: Payments are processed securely through our Stripe payment gateway. We accept all major credit cards.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Requests for refunds after this period may not be honored.
  • Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, contact us at support@ragnastable.com or call 619-928-6448.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Arrive within the designated pickup window to collect your meal. Unclaimed meals may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Restrictions Our services are only available for customers located in or near Scripps Ranch, San Diego, California. Delivery services are not currently offered.

7. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing an order.
