Slow-cooked in a traditional clay tajine, this richly spiced chicken dish simmers with prunes, chickpeas, carrots, and green olives—each ingredient chosen for both flavor and nourishment. Warming spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander support digestion and reduce inflammation, while prunes and carrots offer fiber, potassium, and antioxidants for heart and immune health.
It’s paired with fluffy barley, steamed with raisins and fresh herbs.
