Served over fragrant steamed rice and accompanied by a vibrant array of condiments — fresh cilantro, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, mango, raisins, red onion, unsweetened coconut, hard-boiled egg, and sliced banana — each bowl becomes a colorful mosaic of texture and flavor.
