Crema Catalana

A whisper from Spain’s sun-drenched region of Catalonia — a dessert that feels both ancient and timeless. Crema Catalana is often called Spain’s answer to crème brûlée, but it carries its own soul: delicate citrus and cinnamon–infused custard beneath a glassy layer of caramelized sugar.
