Groentesoep met Balletjes is Dutch for vegetable soup with little balls (the little balls are ground chicken mixed with ground pork). This soup begins with a rich, slow-simmered bone broth—crafted from organic chicken bones and fresh aromatics—bringing you a warming base full of collagen, minerals, and deep umami flavor.
