Passion Fruit Tart

Passion fruit tarts topped with crushed pistachios and a few pomegranate seeds. I always love making things with passion fruit because it reminds me of my Dad—it was his favourite fruit. Someone was giving away passion fruit this week (thank you!), so I picked up a few and couldn’t resist making these little tarts. A sweet reminder of him in every bite.
